Part-Time & Full-Time Basketball Coaches

RGB is looking for passionate and dependable basketball coaches to join our team. Ideal candidates enjoy working with children and young athletes, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are eager to learn. This role involves teaching basketball fundamentals, fostering character, and contributing to a positive culture.

  • Safety & Risk Management

  • Customer Experience

  • Program & Event Oversight

  • Administrative/Communication Duties

  • Brand & Culture Stewardship

Qualifications

  • Experience playing/coaching basketball 

  • Enjoys working with youth athletes

  • Dependable, Personable, & Open to Feedback

  • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Background Check Required
