Ronnie Grandison

Coach Ronnie Grandison has been training and teaching kids basketball in the Cincinnati area for over 20 years. Ronnie is a former NBA player and has played with the Boston Celtics, Miami Heat, Charlotte Hornets, Atlanta Hawks and New York Knicks.  He also played NCAA Division 1 Basketball for the University of New Orleans.  At New Orleans, Ronnie led the Privateers to their first Division 1 “Big Dance” tournament appearance and a NCAA Division 1 top 20 ranking.  Ronnie played professionally in the CBA where, in 1994, he was voted Most Valuable Player. He has played basketball all over the world: Spain, Venezuela, the Philippines, Israel, and Australia, and others. Ronnie has a passion for teaching basketball and the principles of life through the game. Ronnie and his lovely wife, Barb, have their own team of 5 children.

Torry Cornett
League Director, Operations

Torry is a native of Columbus, Ohio and brings a wealth of knowledge in the field of athletics. Torry received the rare opportunity to play both Division I Football and Basketball. In 2005, he started shooting guard for Prairie View A&M University and later transferred to the University of Cincinnati where he started linebacker in the 2009 Fed Ex Orange Bowl. Torry later played professional football in the German Football League for two seasons.

Torry’s athletics administration experience was developed as he spent 5 years working in Higher Education Administration at Mount St. Joseph University for 2 years and 3 years working in the Athletics Department at the University of Cincinnati as the Associate Director of Student Athlete Support Services. Torry also spent time as a high school basketball coach and Director of Athletics at DePaul Cristo Rey High School. In his free time Torry enjoys helping parents get their students recruited for college, the real estate industry, and spending time with his two children and lovely wife.

Ronni Grandison
Basketball Coach, Trainer

Coach Ronni is the second daughter of Coach Ronnie Grandison. She developed a passion for basketball at a young age, going on to play varsity for Lakota West High School. After graduating, she continued her basketball career playing NCAA Division I basketball at the University of Massachusetts and New Jersey Institute of Technology.

She has earned her bachelor's degree in science, technology, & society, and has remained connected to the game through coaching, including serving as the assistant women's basketball coach at Malone University, bringing them to their first NCAA Tournament. She hopes to continue coaching, and to help others discover and develop their love for basketball.

Jamison Bradley
Basketball Coach

Jamison Bradley is a passionate and accomplished basketball player with a proven track record of success at every level he's competed. A high school state champion from Lima Central Catholic, Jamison continued his career at Miami University–Hamilton, where he was a two-time USCAA All-American and helped lead his team to a national runner-up finish. Known for his strong leadership, work ethic, and high basketball IQ, he averaged over 16 points and 5 rebounds per game while maintaining a commitment to team-first play.

Jamison brings not only his playing experience but also a deep understanding of player development, discipline, and teamwork. He’s excited to inspire the next generation of athletes and help them grow both on and off the court.

Pam Busam 
Executive Assistant

Pam is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio. She attended Mount Notre Dame High School and the University of Cincinnati.
She has known her husband since her senior year of high school and they have 3 wonderful kids and 7 amazing grandchildren. They enjoy traveling and going to their grandkids sporting events and spending time with them.

Pam worked for Kids First for 21 years and that is where she met Ronnie in 2002. "When I was getting ready to retire from Kids First Ronnie asked me if I would like to work with him at RG Sports Academy. I jumped at the opportunity, and we have been great working partners since."
