After earning her bachelor’s degree in science, technology, & society, Ronni remained connected to the game through coaching, serving as the assistant women’s basketball coach at Malone University, where she earned her MBA. COACH
AUSTIN
PHILLIPS
Austin Phillips’ love for basketball was cultivated at an early age, when he’d watch Cleveland Cavaliers games with his grandfather. Playing in gym leagues increased both his appreciation for the sport and his desire to become more knowledgeable about it – even now, as a coach, Austin considers himself a true student of the game and enjoys sharing what he knows with younger generations.
A graduate of Lakota East High School, Austin spent two years at the University of Louisville before transferring to UC, where he plans to graduate with a degree in accounting. A true believer in the importance of defense in the game of basketball, Austin’s goal is to one day create his own unique defense that is renowned for shutting down any offensive strategy.
